Beta terms and limitations

A planning aid—not an admissions decision.

These terms explain the prototype honestly. Commercial-launch terms still require operator details, checkout terms and review by an Ontario lawyer.

Beta status and price

OfferMap is currently a free prototype. The C$29 one-time price is a concept preview; clicking “Preview full report” does not create a purchase, subscription or binding consumer agreement, and no payment information is collected.

No guarantee or professional advice

OfferMap provides general educational planning information. It is not an offer of admission, an admissions service, an official ranking, legal advice, financial advice or individualized guidance-counsellor advice. A displayed percentage is a modelled planning estimate, not an observed acceptance rate or calibrated probability. Degree-strength, overall-fit, career, campus-life and other /100 scores are OfferMap's comparative research estimates, not objective facts or promises of employment, salary, admission or personal success. No result is 100% guaranteed.

You remain responsible for checking current university and OUAC information and for deciding where and when to apply. A university may use grades, course attempts, school context, supplementary materials, applicant volume, deadlines, special consideration, residency or other information that OfferMap does not capture.

Tuition estimates

Displayed tuition figures are non-binding planning estimates for Ontario-resident domestic students based on the cited 2026–27 university source. They are not invoices, guaranteed prices, financial advice or estimates of the full cost of attendance. Sources differ in whether specified mandatory fees are included. Residence, food, books, equipment, transportation, co-op fees, course charges, optional fees, taxes and personal costs may be additional.

Fees can change by program, course load, year of study, cohort, residency and university approval. Some programs charge substantially more in upper years. Verify the current amount through the linked official fee schedule or calculator before applying, accepting an offer or making any financial commitment.

Sources, ownership and affiliation

OfferMap is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OUAC, QS or any university. University names, program names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify programs and sources.

External information can change or contain errors. Links are provided for verification, not as an endorsement or guarantee that an external page will remain available.

Fair use of the prototype

Do not interfere with the site, bypass security, submit malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or misrepresent OfferMap output as an official university decision. You may use your own report for personal application planning.

Commercial-launch legal checklist

Before real sales, the operator should obtain Ontario counsel's review and add its legal name, address and support contact; exact service scope; total price and taxes; payment, delivery, cancellation and refund terms; a checkout review step; a written copy of the agreement; accessibility and privacy processes; and a complaint workflow. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Ontario law requires prescribed information before many internet agreements and an express opportunity to accept or decline. Marketing must also avoid materially false or misleading claims; a disclaimer cannot repair a contradictory headline. See the Ontario Consumer Protection Act ↗ and Competition Bureau guidance ↗.
